Description
No. 70 Bank Street is an early 18th-century building that stands three storeys tall and is finished in stucco. It features a tiled roof, a modillion eaves cornice, and a parapet. The building has three sash windows; the windows on the first and second floors are set within heavy moulded architrave surrounds. The first-floor windows have cornices above, and the central window is topped with a pediment. All the windows are designed with wide glazing bars. Below, there is a modern shop front.
