Description

Crutches Gate Cottage and Farmhouse is an 18th-century building that has been subdivided. It is constructed of red brick with grey brick headers, and has a tiled roof with one half hip. The building is two storeys high, with two- and three-light casement windows containing glazing bars. Segmental arches are above the ground-floor windows, with projecting brick courses above them. There are attic windows in the gable ends. A central brick chimney stack is present.
