Description

Hill House Farm is a farmhouse dating to 1832. It is constructed of plum-red and grey brick in a Flemish bond, with a plain tile roof, a brick-coped parapet, and gabled ends. The building has flush flint footings with brick dressings and end stacks. The front elevation features a regular three-window arrangement of recessed sixteen-pane sashes with splayed, painted brick voussoirs. Similar windows are found on the ground floor, with slightly cambered heads. A central recessed door has four flush panels, two top lights and a cambered head, leading up a short flight of steps. A two-storey rear wing is clad in tile-hanging over brick. A dated plaque is positioned above the front door. The interior remains uninspected.
