21 Fisher Street is a 19th-century building that has been refronted but retains elements of an earlier structure. It is two storeys tall, constructed of yellow brick, and features a tiled roof. The building has sash windows with glazing bars that create four squares. The entrance is marked by a four-panel bolection moulded door.
