Description

This is a stone chest tomb for Thomas Rammell, who died in 1759, located 1 metre south of the Church of St. Mary. The tomb features a double stepped base that was originally railed. The chest has a moulded base and urn-shaped side pieces, with oval side panels decorated with palm fronds and cherub heads on the main sides. The end panels are surrounded by an egg and tongue motif.
