Berkeley House is an irregularly shaped building, primarily dating from the 18th century, although parts may be older. The east front is the most recent section, likely constructed in the early 19th century. This part of the house has two storeys and features three windows. It is built of red brick and has a slate roof with an eaves cornice. The windows are adorned with Venetian shutters.
