Description

Downs Farm House is an early 19th-century building that features brickwork encasing an original 18th-century structure. It is two storeys high with an attic and has three windows, along with two hipped dormers. The front is made of brindle brick, accented with red brick window dressings, quoins, and a modillion eaves cornice that consists of three courses of bricks, with the centre course inserted diagonally. The windows retain their original glazing bars. There is a modern gabled porch added to the front of the house.
