Description
The Walter Goodsall Burial Enclosure at All Saints Churchyard is a walled burial enclosure built around 1913, designed in the style of Henry Wilson. It features walls made of flint and rubble, topped with red brick coping and quoins. The enclosure includes a gate and corner piers adorned with wrought iron finials. The entrance gate is also made of wrought iron and has repousse panels of copper, with a heart-shaped cartouche at the top displaying the monogram WG. This memorial was erected in memory of Walter Goodsall, who lived from 1848 to 1913, and is noted for its distinctive Arts and Crafts Movement design.
