Description

Rattington House is a timber-framed building dating from the 16th century or earlier. The north-west wall displays red brick infilling, but the south-west facing front has been refaced with red brick on the ground floor and plaster above. The house is two storeys high with attics, and it has a hipped tiled roof with one hipped dormer window. It has five windows in total: sash windows with intact glazing bars on the first floor, and casement windows on the ground floor. The doorcases are simple in design.
