No. 1 Military Road is an early 19th century industrial building. It is two storeys high, with weatherboarding on the front and a gable. The roof is covered with old tiles. The building has two sash windows with wooden cills and a trap door. It features an early 19th century shop front. The building is listed at Grade II for group value, contributing to the significance of the group of listed buildings on the North-West Side of Military Road.
