Description

The Quaives is a late 17th-century building situated on Ickham and Well Seaton Road in Seaton. It is constructed of red brick with a tiled roof featuring shaped Dutch gable ends to the north-east and south-west. The building has two storeys and an attic. It has four casement windows, each divided into four sections with wooden mullions and transoms. A porch is present with a shaped gable.
