Description

No. 4 Derringstone Green is a building that was originally constructed as a single 18th-century house but has since been divided and is now back to being a single residence again. It stands two storeys tall with attics, made of red brick and topped with a tiled roof featuring three hipped dormers and a parapet. The façade includes five windows that are hung sash style with glazing bars, and the central bay projects slightly forward. The doorway is framed by a moulded architrave with a projecting cornice above, and the door itself consists of six fielded panels, two of which are glazed, with panelled reveals.
