Description

Sydney House is an early 18th century or earlier building, with alterations to the front elevation in the 18th century. It comprises two hipped sections of two storeys and attics, constructed of painted brick with a catslide roof to the rear. The rear elevation is partially tile-hung, and includes a chimney stack. The front elevation has four windows, with hung sash windows containing glazing bars. A classical style porch with grooved pilasters shelters a panelled front door. The rear features three-light windows with modern glazing, and a rectangular bay window.
