Description

Chartham Corn Mill is a mid-19th century, L-shaped corn mill situated on Ashford Road in Chartham. The mill is constructed of painted brick, with the gable end clad in weatherboarding. It has a tiled roof and stands three storeys high with an attic in the gable end. A small gabled projection on the gable end contains a single window, with a hoist positioned below. Five casement windows are present. Adjoining the mill is Corn Mill House, a late 19th century building of no particular architectural merit.
