Description

Kingsley House is a late 17th to early 18th century house located on Hollybush Lane in Wickhambreaux. It is constructed of red brick, with the ground floor having been restored. The roof is tiled, featuring two hipped dormers and a 17th century brick chimneystack. A wooden moulded eaves cornice runs along the top of the house, and a brick stringcourse is also present. The front facade has three casement windows. A hipped porch provides access to the entrance.

Inside, the house features a late 17th century dog-leg staircase with a carved newel post topped with a ball finial and turned balusters. A bread oven is located in the cellar, and an upstairs room contains a chamfered beam.
