Description

Glebe Cottage comprises three small dwellings, originally a single cottage, dating back to the 15th century and later expanded in the 16th and 18th centuries. The westernmost section is a timber-framed and studded building from the 15th century, featuring a pointed doorcase on its west front and one window on the upper storey. The central section, dating to the 16th century, is timber-framed with plaster infilling and has two storeys and an attic. Notably, it includes two dormers, one being an original window with diamond panes. The eastern section of the cottage was constructed in the 18th century and is built of red brick, with two storeys and an attic, and one window.
