Description

The wall and gate piers located between the Archbishop's Palace and the Cathedral date back to the medieval period. The structure features a 1-foot high base made of flint and ashlar, topped with stone coping. There are two stone gate piers that rise approximately 20 feet high, each adorned with cornices that have Ovolo moulding.
