Description

Bossington House is a building comprising two parallel ranges, dating from the 18th century with 19th-century alterations and early 20th-century additions. The north-east range is timber-framed and was refaced in the 18th century, now with a cement finish, although the original timber framing remains visible internally. This range has casement windows and a brick chimney breast on its north-east wall. The south-west range is a red-brick structure from the 18th century, altered in the 19th century. It has a tiled roof with three gabled dormers from the 19th century, and five windows. A 19th-century porch fronts the building. Additions of around 1900 are located at the north end.
