Description

Rectory Cottage is a mid-19th century cottage built in the Gothic style. It is constructed of knapped flint with red brick dressings, and features a hipped tile roof. The building has red brick rusticated quoins, an eaves cornice, and rusticated surrounds to the windows and door. It has two windows on each floor, with brick rectangular dripmoulds. The windows are hung sashes with glazing bars, with the upper lights featuring Gothic glazing bars. The doorway on the right has a similar dripmould and a flat hood supported on carved brackets. It has a half-glazed door and brick steps.
