Description

Little Howletts is a building consisting of two parallel ranges, with the rear range dating from the 18th century and the front range added in the early 19th century. It stands two storeys high with attics and is finished in stucco. The roof is half-hipped and covered with slate, featuring three dormers. There is a wide bracket eaves cornice. The building has three sash windows with intact glazing bars and two early 19th-century bays on the ground floor that have decorative glazing. A Tuscan porch is situated between the bays, which contains a doorcase with narrow sidelights and a segmental fanlight above.
