Description

Number 12 Westgate Grove is a timber-framed building that was refaced in the 18th century, although the bressumer is still visible. It has two storeys and is finished in stucco. The building features an old tiled roof with two hipped dormers that contain sash windows. There is a coved eaves cornice, and two sash windows with intact glazing bars set in moulded wooden architraves. The doorcase includes a weatherhood and a rectangular fanlight above a four-panelled door. Numbers 2 to 14 (even) form a group.
