Description

Stour Cottage, located at 10 Westgate Grove, is a 16th-century timber-framed building that was originally part of the old Cock Inn. It stands three storeys high with a gable that is plastered and features a renewed tiled roof. The gable front is adorned with bargeboards. The building has one casement window, and the first floor has a three-light mullioned and transomed bay along with a modern doorcase. Stour Cottage is part of a group that includes Nos 2 to 14 (even).
