Description

This is an 18th-century range of terraced buildings, originally numbered 8 to 12, located on the south side of The Churchyard. The ground floors of the buildings are now stuccoed, with the exception of numbers 8 and 9, which have been clad in weatherboarding. The upper floors are similarly treated, and a wooden stringcourse runs between them. The buildings are topped with a tiled roof. They feature five original sash windows, complete with their glazing bars. The doorways are each protected by flat hoods supported on brackets, and contain six-panelled doors. These buildings form part of a group with numbers 51 to 61 (odd), 61A, 63 to 67 (odd), 67A, 69 to 71 (odd), 75, and the rear part of number 75 on High Street.
