Description

This former oasthouse, now a residence, is located approximately 20 meters northeast of Thornden Farmhouse. It dates from the late 18th century to early 19th century and is constructed of red brick with a renewed tiled roof. The building has two storeys and features five windows, including cambered casements and two sets of three-light French windows on the ground floor. S-shaped iron ties are present. Attached to the northwest are two circular oasts, which now have inserted windows and retain their cowls and fantails. This structure is included for its group value only.
