Description

Wesley House is a 15th century or earlier timber-framed building that was originally designed with an open hall. It now stands at two storeys, featuring plaster infilling and curved braces, with the ground floor rebuilt in red brick. The roof is hipped and tiled. The building has four casement windows. Centrally located on both floors is a bay window consisting of two tiers of seven lights, which includes wooden mullions and transoms, as well as diamond-shaped leaded panes. Gables above the bay windows contain one attic window. Notably, John Wesley preached here.
