Description

Kingsgate Cottage is an 18th-century building located on the north side of Frensham Road in Rolvenden Layne. It stands two storeys tall, with a ground floor made of red brick and a first floor that is tile hung. The cottage features a tiled roof with one gabled dormer and has two casement windows. An external chimneystack is present, and the entrance is highlighted by a doorcase that has a flat hood above it.
