Description

The Clergy House dates from the 18th century. The Churchyard elevation is of white brick and two storeys high. It has a half-hipped tiled roof and two sash windows with original glazing bars. The side elevation is now clad in tiles, mostly curved, and includes a 19th-century gabled porch. The rear elevation was significantly altered in the mid-19th century and is now stuccoed, featuring two canted bays that extend through both floors. A doorcase is present, with a cornice and brackets.

The Clergy House is part of a group of buildings including numbers 51 to 61 (odd), 61A, 63 to 67 (odd), 67A, 69 to 71 (odd), 75, and the rear portion of number 75, High Street.
