Description
Little Pested Farmhouse is a farmhouse that dates from the 16th and 18th centuries. It has a timber front and is clad in red brick with tile hanging, topped by a plain tile roof. The building is two storeys high, with a red brick ground floor and tile hanging on the first floor to the left, while the right side features exposed 18th-century timber framing. The roof is hipped with box eaves, and there is a large 17th-century stack located in the center right. The first floor has three windows, and the ground floor has four windows, all of which are 20th-century casements. The entrance is located at the rear. Inside, the structure has a close-studded and tension-braced design from the 16th century, which is encased in 20th-century and modern additions, and the front wall was rebuilt in the 18th century. An original mullioned window remains, although it is now blocked and serves as an interior feature.
