Description

Yew Tree Cottage is a 18th century building located on the west side of Smallhythe Road. It is two storeys tall, constructed of red brick, with the left side sloping down to one storey. The roof is tiled and has been renewed. The cottage features two windows; one is a three-light casement and the other is a two-light casement, both with cambered heads on the ground floor. There is a simple central doorcase that includes a six-panelled door with fielded panels. The left side gable is tile-hung.
