Description

Stocks Farmhouse is an L-shaped timber-framed building that dates back to the 17th century or earlier, but it was refronted in the 18th century. The farmhouse has two storeys and attics, which are faced with fishscale tiles. It features a steeply pitched hipped tiled roof with one hipped dormer and a massive brick chimney stack. The exterior includes two triple casement windows. The entrance has a doorcase with a moulded architrave surround, topped by a flat hood supported on brackets, and a six-panel door.
