Description

Ash Farmhouse is an originally a manor house that dates back to the 16th century or earlier. It is a timber-framed building that has been refaced with red brick on the ground floor and is tile-hung above. The house features a steeply-pitched hipped tiled roof and stands two storeys tall. It has four casement windows and a wide wooden doorway with an elliptical head, which is complemented by an iron-studded door. A brick chimney breast is located on the north-east wall.
