This building, located on Dean Lane in Dean Prior, dates from the 17th or 18th century. It is constructed of red brick and has two storeys. There are four windows on the lower level and two on the upper level, featuring modern two and three light wooden casements. The building has a thatched gabled porch and a thatched roof.
