Description
The White Hart Inn is a late 18th century to early 19th century building located on the south side of Milford Road in Pennington. The north facade facing Milford Road is made of painted brick and features two storeys with three windows, which have early 19th century style casements. There is a gabled centre porch and a single-storey outshut to the east. The western facade facing Pennington Lane is tile hung. The building has a double span, tiled roof with half-hipped gable ends and stands at two and a half storeys tall, with two windows on the upper floor and sashes with glazing bars along with casements on the ground floor. The inn is situated in a prominent position at Pennington Cross.
