Description

Cedar Tree House is a late 18th-century building of two storeys and three windows. The house has a low-pitched slate roof, hipped in form, with wide eaves. The external walls are red brick in a Flemish bond pattern, featuring rubbed flat arches and stone cills. There are sash windows set in reveals. A tall Tuscan porch with two columns and two pilasters provides access via steps, and features an architrave, a square fanlight with diagonal bars, panelled reveals, and a four-panelled door. The building has group value, contributing to the character of the surrounding area.
