Symmetrical composition with advanced end bays under hipped gables. Slate roof with bracketed eaves. 2 storeys. 5 windows, barred sashes, those in ground floor end bays with segmental arch over 3 lights. All the listed buildings in Osborn Road form a group associated with the Parish Church of St Peter and St Paul on Church Path.
