Description

Walnut Tree Cottage is a 17th-century, two-storey house, including dormers, located on the south side of Bursledon High Street. The house features a wood frame with brick nogging exposed on the first floor. It has a half-hipped red tile roof and gabled dormers with cills at eaves level. The ground floor is constructed of brickwork in Flemish bond, using red stretchers and blue headers. The windows are casements.
