Description

Dale Cottage is an 18th-century terrace house, built symmetrically with a facade of three windows. The roof is tiled and has a brick cornice with dentils. The walls are of blue header brick with red flush dressings, featuring quoins that extend through both floors. The window quoins are highlighted, and the ground floor has rubbed, cambered arches with alternating bands of red and blue header brick below the window sills. The windows are sash windows. A good doorcase features a pediment above a single pilaster order, with panelled reveals and a panelled door.
