Description

Manor Farmhouse dates to the 17th century, with later 19th-century additions. The original part of the house is two storeys and has an attic. It has a steep tile roof with tiled gables at each end, the west gable being scalloped and supported by a moulded brick band. The end gable walls are red brick in English bond, featuring pilasters, a first-floor band, rubbed flat arches over the ground-floor windows, and a plinth. The main front elevation is largely tile-hung. Casement windows are present. A long, two-storeyed Victorian wing, built in the late 19th century and using similar materials, is attached to the north side. This wing has a gable on its east side that joins the original block.
