Description

Elm Tree House is an L-shaped timber-framed building dating from the 17th century or earlier. It features red brick infilling, with the south-west front refaced in red brick and grey headers on the ground floor, while the upper floor is tile-hung. The first floor of the north-west face of the south wing oversails, and the first floor of the south-east wing is faced with weather-boarding. The building has a tiled roof with a pentice on the west side of the north wing and includes casement windows. It stands two storeys high and has three windows.
