Bellevue and Perrywinkle Cottage is a building from the 17th century or earlier, located on the south side of Gardner Street in Herstmonceux. It is two storeys high and features four windows. The ground floor is constructed of painted brick, while the upper floor is faced with weather-boarding. The cottage has a steeply-pitched hipped tiled roof and casement windows on the first floor. There are two bays on the ground floor, and it includes a gabled porch.
