Merlins, formerly known as Quarry Farmhouse, is a 16th-century timber-framed house located in Buxted High Hurstwood. The building features plaster infilling and a first floor that is close-studded. The north front has been refaced with red brick on the ground floor and is tile-hung above. It has a tiled roof and casement windows. The house is two storeys high and has four windows.
