Description

Kingsley Hill is a timber-framed house likely dating to the late 17th century. The ground floor is faced with red brick and grey headers alternately, while the upper portion is tile-hung, with a suggestion of a moulded bressummer between the two. The roof is tiled. The house has casement windows with four sections, and these feature wooden mullions and transoms, along with small square leaded panes. A doorway is set within a moulded architrave surround, topped by a flat hood supported on brackets, and contains a door of six moulded and fielded panels.
