Description

The Chantry is a timber-framed building dating from the 15th to 16th century. The ground floor has been refronted with red brick, while the upper floor is tile-hung and largely covered with Virginia creeper. It features a hipped tiled roof. On the first floor, there are casement windows, and the ground floor has sash windows with intact glazing bars. A massive chimney breast is located on the west wall. The building has two storeys and contains four windows.
