Derrant’s Farmhouse is a 17th-century or earlier timber-framed building that has been refaced with red brick. It features stringcourses and a hipped tiled roof. Casement windows are set into the facade, and there is a 19th-century porch. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has two windows.
