Peelings is a 16th-century building located on Hankham Road in Westham. The south-east front of the building is half-H-shaped and features two storeys with an attic, comprising four windows. The exterior is constructed of ashlar with a tiled roof. It has casement windows that are set within stone mullions and have dripstones above them. The entrance features a four-centred doorway with a dripstone overhead, displaying the initials M.E. in the spandrels. The wings of the building are gabled and contain attic windows, while the central portion has gabled dormers with small round attic windows. The north-west or entrance front is faced with flints, as is the south-west wall, which includes a chimney breast made of flints and stone.
