Description

Ash Cottage is a building dating from around 1790. It is two storeys high and features two windows. The exterior is faced with black mathematical tiles, complemented by dressings, quoins, an eaves cornice, and a diaper pattern made of red mathematical tiles. The roof is also tiled. The entrance has a round-headed doorway with a semi-circular tympanum that includes fan ornamentation. The door itself consists of six fielded panels and is covered by a later-built porch.
