Description

The Gilbert Tomb, located 10 yards north of the Church of St Dunstan, is a chest tomb dated 1847. It is made of stone and features a base with canted ends, reeded pilaster corners, panelled sides, and a corniced lid. The tomb is inscribed to William Gilbert, who died in 1847.
