Description

The Temple at Brightling Park, located to the southwest of the house, is a Grade II* listed building. It was designed by Sir Robert Smirke in the early 19th century for John Fuller, known as "Mad Jack." This small circular structure features a colonnade with an inserted portion above and a dome on top, constructed using Roman cement. It was built as an eyecatcher.
