Description

Great Beech is an L-shaped house dating from around 1600. It has two storeys and an attic, featuring three windows and attics in the gable ends. The building is constructed of red brick on a stone base, with long and short stone quoins and a brick stringcourse. The roof is half-hipped and covered with tiles. The windows are casements set in stone surrounds with stone mullions, with three lights at the front and two lights at the side. There is a modern red brick gabled porch added to the structure.
