The Old House is a restored timber-framed building, likely dating from the 17th century or earlier. It has plaster infilling between the timber framing, and curved braces on the first floor. The roof is hipped and covered with tiles. The building is two storeys high with three casement windows. It was formerly known as "Fairview."
